Here in the states, we call those coyotes that are like the big beautiful male 'Montana Blues', from the grayish-blue color of the guard hairs on the back! That is a truly beautiful coat quality coyote!

I didn't look like the rams were rusted or boiled in dye, were they? I assume that with the 'yotes moving toward or way from the bait pile that your handling the ram isn't a smell problem? Here in Michigan we have to have a stop on the cable to prevent choking. Looking forward to this season, thanks.
