I think this is a great video format! A bit of street scrapping and then showing your progress on clearing the garage and including some scrapping people might find boring (even though it was the thousandth CRT I saw you scrap out, I don't think its boring). Its a really nice combination of the different aspects of your job I think

There was a vintage scrap machine with the hand held phone that you cut the cords off but you left the machine. I just watched a scrapping video that Moose Scrapper did on one of those. It had some really nice gold top ceramic IC chips in it. FYI.

What is your cost to dispose of CRTs? Here in Londonderry, NH USA it costs $7 for anything under 21 inch
@kylethefryan11115 жыл бұрын
I'm in Maine & its $15 to dispose for that size. Think it goes up to $25 for the big ones. Makes it completely pointless to pick them up to scrap. Which sucks, because you can find them all over the place.
@wnytrashtrucks5 жыл бұрын
costs him nothing.

Early in the video you were sort of apologizing for wind noise, and that it would be a few weeks before new cameras come out. I'd like to respond by saying I don't mind a small amount of wind noise.🙂 It's not too loud, & mostly in the background, so I can hear your speaking quite clearly. It's a definite improvement over the harsh, scratchy noise from a few videos ago... That was drowning you out thoroughly. Take care Ben. 😀

Were I live we have to pay $15 or more to dispose of crt Tv's & monitors. Makes it not worth picking them up to get the copper out of them.
@aivansama62655 жыл бұрын
That sucks and is pretty stupid. People should be encouraged to dispose waste properly, instead of punishing them for doing so. Many choose to dump their tvs into random places because they have to pay otherwise.
@kylethefryan11115 жыл бұрын
@@aivansama6265 That's true. I actually see them just tossed off the side of the road sometimes because people don't want to pay the disposal fee.
