Even if they were her friends and she’d been with them all day I can see why they wouldn’t want her to stay at their house. That’s how people get into situations where they’ve got a squatter living in their home, who’s never paid rent, never been on the lease etc. They let a friend stay over for a day, or a couple days or whatever to help them when they’re down on their luck, then before you know it they’ve “established residency” and now you have to go thru a formal eviction process to get them out. Obviously some people have never been on hard times. I lived in my car for awhile back in 1978. I left an abusive relationship with zero family support. It was lonely at times, but the taste of freedom felt really good. It was one of the most peaceful times. I’m 64 now. No regrets. Have some compassion for your fellow humans. You never know what they’ve been through. ☮️

You can feel compassion for someone's situation and hold them accountable when they make their situation harder for no reason. I'm sure she could have just moved her car had she been respectful, but she wasn't. She refused to talk to the officer, called 911 when it wasn't necessary, was parked somewhere she wasn't wanted, and was all around disrespectful and argumentative. At a certain point, people need to take control of their own lives instead of acting like everyone is out to get just them.

3:03 i'm on the officer side here because this woman is operating a vehicle on a suspended license and has her vehicle was on the road to get to this mans house using a public road and parked in his yard (as the caller stated) so that's also trespassing so pennsylvania versus mims is valid here but to correct the officers quoting of pennsylvania versus mims, it's not for whatever reason it specifically states "In Pennsylvania v. Mimms, the U.S. Supreme Court established that, during a lawful traffic stop, a police officer can order the driver to exit the vehicle and conduct a pat-down search if they reasonably suspect a threat to their safety." That is valid here, but the way he articulated its explanation is not what it says, but it is still valid here. Because he is making a traffic stop Because she is in the driver's seat of a vehicle that she is not supposed to be operating in the first place while committing indecent exposure
