My dream is that either the Manga continues (apparently his brother is also a mangaka and has a similar style) or at the very least they finish animating what's left of the Manga (the last arc is in a mall and has some genuinely heartwrenching moments in it) and make it anime original from there. It suits so well to the anime form, it's a love letter to Romero with a mix of typical anime tropes from all over. No anime even comes close to it. Such a blast to watch/read. RIP man. I miss HOTD so much.

@@Dorraj just wait a few years for AI and remakes, continuations and fixed endings will be the norm... though HOTD is one of those ones i would have preferred the author to finish his own work, shame those who have private commentary or his notes for HOTD wont provide them publicly.
