Would you happen to know anyone who does 3D printing. It might well be the best option. They would be able to scan the parts you require and print out very heavy duty plastic products.

The gears were from an ebay seller in Germany. The windscreen wipers came with the loco in a detail pack.

Not precisely, that was the V200 (which has the same basic shape) . This one started out as a V200 with lower axle load, and was later used as a test machine for the ML4000.
