This video is perfect! I found these exact 2011 Jordan 3 Black cement 's at a swap meet for $20 with major sole seperation. I decided to just rip the sole mostly off and re-glue them. Never done it before so I need a video to see how it's done. Thank you!

Its a paint stripped called dads easy spray. It’s not as strong as it used to be, but it’s still helpful

On the rubber? You could use a q tip and acetone to remove the glue
