This is the video we've been waiting so long for. Of course your have to fix the whole dang thing. That's why we watch you. You have to get into the case, replace the broken parts with donor parts, start working on some other part of the bike that's not up to par, run into another huge problem, find another donor part on Craigslist, drive two hours to pick it up while Camera Girl knits something sitting on the passenger seat, you make jokes, she laughs.............a few videos later you do the first ride. That's how the universe works. Let's do this.

@Jennies Garage , I bought a non running 2004 yz450f about a month ago. Sat for years with fuel in it that completely turned to muck like what you had. I cleaned the carb, or so I thought, and got the bike running, but poorly. Very similar to you wear it wouldn't immediately bog upon throttle. You need to take the screws out at the bottom of the float bowl out, and venture inside the inner passage ways of the carb. Those inner O-rings are for sure all swelled up, and falling apart and clogging the vital passage ways to let air in. My next door neighbor owns a moto shop, and I went with him and took the whole thing apart. Do this, and see what ya find in there. New O-RINGS and clean clean jets will make it run like a champ. Other than that, keep up the good work!

I get you man, but one of the things I thoroughly enjoy about their videos is that there is no comercials, no patreon this or sonsored by that, he even made a joke about it in the start of this video 😂 This guy clearly makes this videos because he enjoys it a lot, and he also makea a little bit from the youtube money, but that is not his main motovation, if it is a motivational factor for him at all. It's not about the sallery its all about reality, which this guy together with his (I presume wife) clearly embodies. Peace and have a great day everyone.
@chawk_5 жыл бұрын
@@larseire7783 I agree with your point of him not advertising himself that adds to the enjoyment. But you must agree even if he just mentioned a patreon or PO box at the beginning the enjoyment of the video would be just the same. The patreon could help them make even better videos with the ability to throw more money into fixing bikes or other things.

With someone like that behind you theres no way you can not fix it. You have a mechanic's mind. Therefore nothing man man can't be man fixed, just add money(or free spare parts in your garage). My problem is I get to keeping to many spare parts. Hope your wife appreciates you for the attention to detail you give things and not put you to work doing a thousand jobs around the house.
