Thank you for this session. It is very helpful. I haven't come across anything like this elsewhere. The information shared is easy to implement. And Linda's graceful demeanor makes it more loving.

Linda you are amazing! You have explained the fight/flight response so clearly, beautifully and gently - unlike anything else I have heard elsewhere. I'll be recommending it to me colleagues and tune into further sessions. Thank you. (from a fellow Aussie!)

Incredible, thank you! I appreciate Linda's way of communicating and articulating this information. I have not been able to take so much of this information in before.

Thank you, Linda for this wonderful session. I have read and heard about many of the info that you presented, yet the way you explained everything step by step, AND contextualized everything connected so many dots that I never quite got before. You made all the information so much more meaningful and relatable to my actual (non-pathological! yay) survival strategies. I can't thank you enough, and I look forward to watching the other sessions.

Linda Thai is so knowledgeable & generous....I've learned so much from her. Highly recommended. Flight Fright Freeze ....& what about Fawn as another trauma survival skill?

Hi Jennifer, I cover the difference between Feign Death, Fawn and Appeasement in the following week's segment!

Are the flight, fight, and freeze responses illustrated in this order just coincidentally - or the "flight" response is actually less stressful for the nervous system (and one step closer to the ventral vagal social state)?
