I loved working and making money to live on I didnt want to depend on the government or anybody. Now I am dependant on everything just about but I dont use the government I try to give back. pain stops me from almost everything.

Great speech for such a young lady! Wonderful sources and personally true to me. Never limit yourself. "You are the first drop of rain in a hurricane!" My own experiences with TBI also have included epilepsy and dyslexia

Deep sigh. This sounds all to familiar to me. Thank you for sharing.

Get an exercise bike and ride it you need to make sure you get more oxygen to your brain it helps the headaches go away you have to push yourself through i start couple minutes a day I started with a traeadmill I didnt mention that because they cost so much more but exercise helps. I have had a lot of brain injuries and TBI concussions lots. Exercise helps even just walk around the block every day or whenever you can push yourself to do it just a small walk and lots of flowers and plants gardening is good. lots of country.

I used to have a lot of friends when I was a model car builder... Now I have lost a lot of those "friends" because I had to give the model car building hobby up because the model car hobby was too stressful for my injured brain .. 😢...

I had my cheekbone fractured two years ago during a fight and ever since then whenever I go for a jog or run I get insane migraines and nausea. Any other types of exercise such as pull-ups, burpees, jumping squats and lunges, or jumping jacks--regardless of the level of intensity--do not trigger these symptoms. It sucks bc I'm an avid runner and the doctors have no solution but tell me to stop running

I’m so sorry, as a runner myself I can’t imagine how difficult this could be . Have you tried any other high intensity exercises such as swimming? Burpees etc aren’t exactly fun

@@raindropsonroses3919 I haven't tried swimming yet but I definitely will. Thank you for the recommendation!

Society usually discards of men with brain injuries and they end up killing themselves. Can we work on men's mental health? That would solve a lot of problems women have with men.

Society discards all people with brain injuries and mental issues, who end up killing themselves. That's not just about men. There are other issues for which men are "discarded" from society, but the topic of this video is affecting both genders.

@@NamFlow seems like a false equivalence to me. But yes it does happen to both sexes.
