I get shy often with people and have been accused of flirting because of it. Once when I told a girl I was gay, she said I definitely wasn't because I always got shy around / "flirted with" her male friend. I don't get people's need to interpret my social awkwardness as me wanting anything romantic/s3xual. It very much isn't that.

For the listener's question: I have a cousin who married a guy who both go by the SAME name, so they are Andi & Andy. I couldn't be in a relationship with somebody who had the same name as myself. My immediate family all have uncommon names, too, I think I know 1 person with my mom's name, 1 person with almost the same as my sister & nobody with my dad's name. I wouldn't care about other's outside that. I did consider going out with the person who had an almost identical name to my sister.

Just to say I have had two hamsters die peacefully of old age and another one who is getting old and starting to slow down right now. Before I came out, I dated someone with the same name as my brother. It was kind of weird, but it's also a really common name. Mostly it was confusing when talking to my family because they'd have to ask if I was talking about my boyfriend or my brother. But now that I've come out, I should be fine because I only have brothers! But I couldn't date someone with the same name as my mom. That'd be too weird. But she has a super unique name.

Most of the cages for little animals sold in pet stores are not appropriate. Unfortunately. Hamsters, for example, dig tunnels. They need depth in their cages, so that you can put a lot, and i mean A LOT of shavings. Meanwhile, the mainstream cages for them are only a few inches deep and the rest is metal bars. Often they are super tall, with multiple storeys, all made with metal bars. This is not at all what hamsters need. I would argue that most people in pet stores don’t actually know what’s good for animals and what is not. They are just selling what is commercially advertised for these animals, but that’s often in contrary to what an animal actually needs to thrive.
