BackpackerGuide.NZ 12 months for now but I have the option to extend if I run out of time to complete all the things on your list! The information on entering the country in particular has been a big help as I was a bit nervous I’d miss something out!

I love this. I've seen the video of you surfing at Raglan and was meaning to watch some others but then this came up on my feed so I had to click :D NZ has recently become a priority on my bucket list although I'll have to save for a couple of years before traveling there Haha! Perhaps having a gap year of my own :D
@NZPocketGuide7 жыл бұрын
We couldn't recommend a gap year enough! A working holiday is the best way to do it if you are tight on funds. It's how we both were able to come to NZ in the first place :) Here's more info in our video anyway: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sImZoGltibxgna8 ;)

You think we can swing it? We have 9 days.

WOW! it looks like you guys are going to be super busy! But yeah it should work, maybe just do Hobbiton as a stop over between Waitomo and Rotorua so you save yourself a day.

how much money would you recommend to start with for working holiday to experience the most of nz?
@NZPocketGuide6 жыл бұрын
It really depend what you have on your ToDo list. Usually we recommend having NZ$5500+return flight and insurance. Check out this video about the cost of backpacking in NZ where we go more in depth into it -> kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5DNhq2inJudkNU
