About ~4 months ago, watching one of your videos, and there was quite a bit of Isaan music while you were driving. Our 9 month Grandson crawled over to the TV, and sat. whenever music came on, little hands went in the air. Since then, we've played youtube videos of Isaan music for him, and he loves it. As soon as he hears the first note of music, over to the TV he goes, hands in the air. Just in the last week, at 14 months, he is turning around, standing up on the balls of his feet with those little arms and hands moving! Thanks much for exposing him to Thai music!

Just visited the very same market only last week, on our overnight stopover from Chon Buri to Roi-Et. The imperial Hotel is only 200 metres down the road; so it's an excellent choice for leaving the car & enjoying some shopping & boozing. The Big Bear bar is tucked-up in the corner, next to a Steak restaurant/cafe.🍺👌

the curved gas station parking lots crack me up. they measured the curbside of the space appropriately, but they narrow at the back end. so there's no room to get out of your car without banging a side panel. the cars are about a foot away from each other, and its even better when a scooter parks on the line next to you lol

Fantastic Vlog, effort, producing and editing . As said previously they take me to a land , place and people I had and have wished to Visit. I watch your Vlogs whenever I can. Really help me to take me out of myself. Really taught me a lesson that as a mental health professional both to my staff and our service users… be unpredictable, appreciate unpredictably of life. Don’t worry about the past , sweat about the future, try and appreciate the moment. create your own personal adventures , overcome the mundane. Your comments and concerns about a friend are your concern, you don’t need to share. It sounds so pure that you listen and are concerned.. all the best and hope all works out in the end. . Compassionate listening is sometimes all we can do as friends, accepting the decisions choices etc, even if doesn’t work out. . RN Yard Market looks like a delicious stop for all things edible. I would've bought only two foods myself, and say THB 300 per item. In any case, eating East Asian Style usually isn't going to cost you much since were usually heavy on the rice. Great to know that Mitch and Dao will be in Rayong too. My oldest daughter, one time asked me, when she was still in school…Can you keep a secret? …she wanted to share something about someone and no one else could know!! I told her, please don’t tell me..!! Even though I was curious…I told her that if the secret some how got out….I wouldn’t want her to blame me for letting the information out…so just don’t tell me…:-)) It’s hard not to talk about sensitive things. Nice trip Chuck, I normally don't comment as I watch KZbin on big screen. What I noticed in two of the convenience store is the amount of Coke and Pepsi along with Lay's snacks, which is owned by Pepsi. Our American ways ruining the diets of people around the world. Same as our fast food spreading worldwide, it's really sad to see us spreading diabetes and obesity. Not trying to preach but I see in our large super markets in Southern California how these two companies own the entrances in high Latino areas. And you look at their shopping cart and it's loaded down with it. OK I guess I am preaching but just sad to see. I'm in my 60's and most adults here have moved away from all the crap. (Or died from it!)

Whatever makes them happy. I suppose everybody has their things in their life for convenient and comfort especially when it comes to food. I don't worry about it too much everyone dies from something. Up to them. If it makes them happy to eat it, go for it. if it makes them not happy to eat it then don't eat it.

Chuck I'm going to toss out an idea for you and you can see if it's worthwhile. As you know in the United States most people are what I'd call germaphobes if they weren't before they sure are note during the covid-19 thing. You and I and your wife has no problem we can go into market and pick up food in the open-air but I'm sure there are many Americans who are watching and they just cringe when they see the open-air food. Is there anyway of videoing the vendors as their starting in the morning to set up their stalls to show how they present the food in a safe manner. I'm sure you've seen it in the markets where they've got the motor and sits above the food and there's a crossbar with little tassels on the ends and that's rotating and you and I know that to keep the flies away. I think that would be interesting for the people to learn about.
