Mindset is absolutely key. And yes, I love going to local markets while traveling. Even if I'm not cooking "at home" while traveling just the snacks found at local markets in other countries can be amazing/hilarious.

@@lifeofdanie yeah I hear all these great tips from time to time and get all excited, look into and no, I can't access that cos of where I live. (On the plus side I did a self-berating thing for a while there cos I didn't know this stuff b4, until I worked out that that's cos I can't use it 😏). But I'm learning my own hacks and how to make the most of the hacks I can use 😊
