Could someone with a key to the lock open it though, from outside? That's what I'd worry about, if staying in an air B & B...neat gadget...

Thanks for watching! No, the only way to open the door is to remove the wedge. Even with a key from the outside and turning the knob, the door can't be opened with this lock in place.

Hey Dennis. Your lawn mower videos have been a great help to me. I know this isn’t one of those but I have a question. I have the same rider as you. I have replaced the steering wheel , adapter both top and middle. How do I stop the steering shaft from moving up and down. Thanks a bunch.

Thanks for watching!! There are a couple of things I'd check. Make sure the nut on the end of the steering shaft at the steering wheel is tight. Also, near the lower end of the steering shaft, there should be a retaining pin that goes thru the steering shaft. Make sure it is inserted and in good shape. Lastly, I'd check the lower steering shaft support. It should have two bolts thru it, holding it to the frame. I hope this helps!!
