Fouad, if you don't want to pin for TRT just use Atrevis 20% cream in topi-click dispenser. Apply to scrotum. Start with 2-3 clicks AM and 1 click PM. I used 200 mg T cyp divided in 3 shots a week (M/W/F) for many years and finally made the switch to cream a few months ago. So glad I made the switch, wish I would have years ago. Scrotum skin is rich in 5-alpha reductase, so you get a really nice DHT boost when you use the cream that you don't get with injections (unless you are genetically a high DHT converter). Where you will notice this DHT boost the most is in the gym, the bedroom, and just having an overall calmer demeanor while having free T above the reference range. Don't wait 5 years until you finally give it a shot. Try it 1st and if you don't like, just switch to injections.
