@@andrewfariabi2022 I’ll share I’ve been on gear over a decade and had a sperm analysis after 8 weeks of 1000iu hcg eod. Came back with very low numbers. Since then i added in 75iu hmg on the days in between the hcg, kept the hcg going at 1000 eod. It’s been about 10 weeks of that and I’m about to get another sperm test, I’ve also been on 250 test and 100 primo the entire time so that might part of what’s inhibiting and if this still doesn’t work then I’ll drop the gear

I am not a bodybuilder, but have been following the sport since Yates. I follow the podcast because you are open about many topics related to the sport (obviously) and also to health issues. I have gone through some tough situations during my 49 years. Testicular Cancer (leaving me with 1 kidney, now only 50% functional and recently quadruple bypass open heart surgery). As you guys know Kidney Function and cholesterol can be major consequences of the sport. As men we tend not to visit doctors. Believe me taking a trip to the doctors is a lot easier than going through what I have already, not being a BB. Take care and thanks for sharing!

Even as a natural your blood work should be checked imo too. Some of mine was out of wack and I'm working on fixing some of it. Like my low iron due to anemia. And some vitamin levels being not great as well. It's obviously exacerbated by gear usage however. Thanks for the podcast Foaud and the valuable information you and the boys put out. 👍

The problem with dumping blood is we lose iron in large amounts and when we do that it drops our ferritin levels below the range. So if we have low ferritin we will become anemic because we can’t keep our iron levels within range. I don’t know if that makes sense. Ferritin is how we store iron. If iron gets low the body pulls from ferritin storage. If ferritin gets low then we can’t regulate iron and we become anemic, then we experience side effects of anemia which is tiredness, high blood sugar levels, muscle weakness… not good for bodybuilding. If you’re dumping blood regularly just be sure to get Iron and Ferritin checked on your bloodwork to make sure you don’t tank it.

Dumping blood also increases RBC synthesis.. so your body basically gets those RBC’s you just dumped back pretty quickly so the benefit of blood dumping is very short lived.

As a hunter myself I enjoyed this podcast. It's nice having Guy break it down for people because most people truly don't understand the process, and what Hunting is actually about. It's even more important in the bodybuilding community because If you body build and are against hunting it makes you a complete hypocrite considering the amount of protein bodybuilders eat, and not to mention the process of getting beef from farm raised cows is much more inhumane. Great episode.
