When it's difficult to unscrew a lid there's a trick to it. You can take a butter knife and tap around the rim of the lid and it will loosen up .

Or just poke a hole in the lid with the bottom end of the blade which then releases the air.

Sorry I missed your live stream. You are looking lovely today but I can tell you need more rest and something to eat. I have seen the videos of your performance and you make a beautiful mermaid. Maybe ear plugs would keep water out of your ears? You should probably put band aids and a covering wrap on your ankles to protect them. Good luck and please stay safe. I also want to visit Viet Nam, I love their food and coffee. I make their style of coffee at home but it doesn't taste as good as at the restaurants. Also remember to drink plenty of liquids, you said you felt dizzy standing up so it could mean you are a little dehydrated. 😍😍
