Yea,if bears haven't ate enough to build up their fat intake for hibernation, they stay out searching for food, so please be careful whenever out in the woods. It's so beautiful, reminds me of The Lion,The Witch and The Wardrobe movie, when he cames out first time and it's covered in snow. Lovely video, thanks for sharing

Hi Everest! Seeing you so happy is heartwarming! Try this for dinner Stove top version of Tomato Feta Pasta. Drizzle some olive oil in a pan like you used in this video. Add some Cherry or grape tomatoes and sauté until they burst. Add some chopped garlic and let it cook a few minutes. Add some feta cheese and mix it all together, smashing the tomatoes. Add black pepper. You won’t need salt since the feta is salty. Toss in some cooked pasta! You’ll LOVE it!

It’s neat seeing how happy simple things like snow and candles make you feel. So many people unhappy in life. It’s nice to see somebody appreciative of what they have. It makes me feel thankful for what I have. We need reminders sometimes. I hope someday since you like really good kind of chocolate, 🍫 that we get to see you bake a chocolate cake or chocolate brownie . So cozy with hot cofeee!! I know this video was made some months back. But that’s something I’d like to see lol 😊🤗 (since you asked us)

Being from hot NC I like being in Seattle in December during my winter break. That bear was not trying to run into you. He got caught up in that early storm too! Hopefully he got your pumpkins. Now baby, your southern mother is going to tell you to watch that salt and eat more vegetables. Get some stews in a pressure cooker this season.

One of my favorite dishes to make is vegetarian manicotti. I'm not a big fan of ricotta cheese so I use cottage cheese instead. I sautee mushrooms and garlic and onions and save half the mixture for the sauce and the other half goes in a bowl with the cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese to stuff the manicotti. I then make the sauce and add carrotts and olives that are chopped up super tiny. (Alternatively, you can add the chopped up carrots and olives to the sauteed mushroom mixture instead and use it for both instead of just the sauce) The sauce ends up so chunky and flavorful, people don't even realize it doesnt have meat in it. Pour the sauce over the stuffed manicotti and then top that with a little mozarella cheese. Bake it until everything is hot and melted and then serve it with bread and salad. It makes amazing leftovers as well!

First I gotta say I'm super jealous of that snow. I live in Missouri and it doesn't snow anywhere close to that. Second, the candles and pumpkins are awesome. Third I suggest cooking some pho and/or chicken paprikash. I'd like to see your take on them. Great video, can't wait for the next!!

I live in Red Lodge MT entrance to the beautiful Beartooth Scenic Hwy and natural we got snow up at the higher elevation as early as September but we also got hit with that winter storm down locally 5500 elevation for 3 days and below zero temperatures between October 25-28th. It's always exciting to see the first snow of the season. The Red Lodge ski resort is only 7 miles from my place. So I lucked out finding this place last December to live. I have a 180 degree view of the mountains out my window. Deer come every day and even saw Moose out the back yard. It's so amazing.
