Freeport has it's challenges. The consistency in the narrative is amazing! Key here is investor confidence. Not hurricane, not economy. The internal policy needs to be able to stand up to changes in international policy...it needs a wide berth and flexibility. If this happens Freeport would be the gem of this hemisphere. Think Singapore :-)
