The food, as usual, looked wonderful. Such a beautiful ride through lovely towns.

The cheese pastry - I'd be eating as many of those as possible. Cute airbnb! That dinner looked incredible, but I would especially be interested in the wine bar!

Montenegro is a country I visited last year and absolutely loved. Kotor is a highly popular tourist destination, which is why everything there is quite expensive, especially in summer. The significant investments from wealthy individuals, particularly Russians, have influenced its development.
@AdventuresOfATravelingDon5 ай бұрын
You got that right. Particularly in Budva. I've heard during the summer you Russian just as much as Montenegro language

Omg that wine spot looked really nice! I’m always seeking a place to try wine whenever I travel. And glad your dinner was as good as it looks! I’m trying to remember what town I went to in Montenegro as I wish I could’ve visited these places.

Oh no, squat toilets. They are scattered throughout Southeast Asia also, but thankfully they're not so common. Nice room it looks very cozy and dinner looked delicious too. Nice one.

The food that you ate is called cevapi, it's not a kebab. If you're still in Kotor try Fotruna Food, it's near the place where you walked at night (across the road from Camelia shopping center), everything they have is good, but I'd recommend grilled calamari in lepenja (local bread). I've never seen that food anywhere else in the world.
@AdventuresOfATravelingDon5 ай бұрын
You're right, I just didn't know what to call it at the time. I didn't learn the correct name until I got to Bosnia. I have had lepenja bread before just never with calamari. That sounds delicious. I'll mark that down for my next visit.
