Heading over to Munich Germany this coming week for the Oktoberfest but this is my first trip to Europe and when I realized how close I was to Italy, I’m tempted to hop on that flex bus and go to Venice before I head home lol.

I was in Aviano Italy which I think is about an hour from Venice, I drove from Aviano to Munich for Oktoberfest in 1983 and now I'm returning after 40 years this Fall. I'm so excited to see all these places once again and maybe for the last time in my life, I hope that's not the case but you just never know. Grazie!

What a nice travel day!! Being able to travel like that between countries is wonderful. So sad we can't do it freely as before. You guys love Italy, we can tell how happy you are. Awesome meal, we love NY pizza and also are very intrigued to try Italian pizza one day. I (Maria) am 75% Spaniard, 20% Native American, and the rest is Egyptian, African, and a mix of everything but Asian. Lieles is 65% African, 30% Irish, and the rest Native American and some few others.

There are so many amazing things to do in Venice! 1. Eat lots of pizza and try cicchetti. 2.Cruse the canals with a gondola! 3. Visit St. Mark’s Basilica 4.Climb the steps at Scala Contarini Del Bovolo 5. Visit St. Mark’s Square /it's magical/ 6. Enjoy waking around Venice ...and sooooo much more 😊 💕 Have a great time! Venice is so beautiful!
