Traveling in China | Heavenly views of Guilin from one of its most stunning parks

Elephant Trunk Hill (Xiangbishan) is the landmark of Guilin. Located in Elephant Hill Scenic Area (Xiangshan Park) at the confluence of Taohua River and Li River, it has been a famous tourism destination since the Tang Dynasty (618 - 907). The hill looks like a giant elephant drinking water from the river. There are not only many spectacular natural scenes around the hill, but also some ancient constructions, such as Puxian Pagoda, Yunfeng Temple, and Sarira Dagoba.
Elephant Trunk Hill is the signature must see attraction In Guilin City. Located in the Elephant Hill Park (Xiangshan Park) where the Taohua River and Li River converge, Elephant Trunk Hill is named after its unique shape of a giant elephant stretching its trunk to Li River and boozing.
Since ancient times, there have been numerous poets praising the beauty of Elephant Trunk Hill. Among them, Han Yu is an outstanding one who has chanted: Casting in mind are silk ribbon and jade hairpins! The former President Yang Shangkun also said，“You never visited Guilin without a photograph of Elephant Trunk Hill which enjoys unparalleled view.” In 1995, Elephant Trunk Hill became the badge of Guilin and the first attraction in hundred-mile Li River for its magical Karst landform and featured scenery. Then, it was ranked as Best Resort for Watching Moon and recommended by WTO.

Hola Rafa, precioso el nuevo video. En muchas escenas aparece un edificio semicircular que se ve muy bien cuando filmaste de noche desde dentro de la cueva iluminada. Es el hotel Jolie View. Ojalá de hayan alojado allí. Tiene un restaurante en el último piso con terraza. Maravilloso para la hora de la cena con una vista inolvidable. Para mí, el paseo mas espectacular de Guilin es el barco que recorre tres lagos y cuatro rios (o al revés, cuatro lagos y trs rios). Ideal tomarlo cuando está atardeciendo porque tienes la vista con luz natural y luego la ciudad iluminada. Muy imprecionante, tan lindo que ya lo hice tres veces!

China is a big country its population is over 1 billion. China has many different nations also including Mongolia known as Inner Mongolia that's located in northern part of China. Though I have never been in China but I'm mongolian and live in an independent country that's called Mongolia. Go to northern China since you travel a lot.
