we had a short chat during 2006 and plans happen to changed a bit, I remember him saying "Remember me I'm Gweilo60 " . I watch and comment on his videos because we're so alike. He doesn't live far away and hopefully we'll find some spare time to have dinner and say cheers! Guilin, yesterday my wife asked me if I wanted to visit, with her tai chi friends. I said if the doctor releases you in time... ok. Just a bit of water on her knee. How are things?

The first time when we were in Yangshuo, we found a local young man, kinda a uber driver for the river bamboo raft ride. We took the ride, and since it's quite late after, the young man invited us all to his home, his wife just grab some vegetable from their garden and made a delicious dinner for us. Quite a wonderful experience.

Chinaland is not that good in climatic conditions: Dry northwest and wet southeast, while the hottest summer and coldest winter, compared with other countries at the same latitude. But it's true that it's diverse in geography and you can find landscapes similar to those from other continents there.

Went to Guilin and Yangshuo in November 2019. Fun places to visit, bring your camera, there are lots of visual treasures to behold. My favorite, Longji Rice Terraces, where we arrived at the beginning of the harvest and the fields were a golden yellow.

It is a magic place to visit. There is a limestone cave you can visit called Yingzi Caves in Lipu, Guilin that is absolutely unbelievable and has to be seen to be believed.

I've just traveled to guilin last mouth. Rafting on the river is really exciting. It was a big pity that I didn't see the sunrise on the mountain. And it was a bit hot that time, so, it's better to go there in Spring.
