Thank you for sharing George. I have one small Kershaw fixed blade knife with a 2 inch blade that came with a belt sheath that I bought some 20 plus years ago. I did not realize Kershaw made traditional folders, will have to check them out. Take care.

Culpepper is a nice Kershaw, the Red bone is stunning. Mine is with G10 scales. I like the lanyard tubes as well. I have lost feeling in my hands, and lanyards are tied with a large enough gap to slip it over my pinky finger. If it slips it does not fall, just dangles from the last digit. Typical Barlows are bare heads and the pivot bolster is 1/3 the length of the knife. Just an info. Enjoy your visits.

I was wondering about your absence. I love the Kershaw Cullpepper, I have one. I also have two Kershaw Brandywine's one red bone, the other G10 for EDC. I have carried knives in my pocket since grade school. Thats a long time. Never had one try to open even when mixed with keys or change. I recently started using a sheath to protect a nice knife from whatever else I have in my pocket.

Lol..just work had to cover some days. Long days so not much time for anything else. But hopefully back at it. I like this k ife. Very well made. I have carried alot of slim fiction folders in my pockets have poked my self twice. So like a slip now. .lol. be safe and as always appreciated

George, Another enjoyable video. Thank you. I think I mentioned the Kershaw traditional folders to you. I have the other two on the red bone, and I'm supposed to get the Barlow on Monday. I was going to pass on the Barlow because it's a pattern I've never liked much, but Kershaw stretched it out and made it a better-looking and more useable knife, in my opinion. I've also learned that they are selling a version of their Barlow with a copper handle. I'm not too excited by that, but thought I'd mention it. My three Kershaw's in the Red Bone will be collector knives and live in their boxes, but if I like their Barlow pattern I might buy one with the black (G10 ?) handle as a carry knife.

I have been tying fine 1/8 × 1/16 leather lanyards to my belt loops, sheaths, belts to avoid loosing my knives, tool sets like leatherman, sakvics.

This may be the blade ive been looking for. I "fell in love" with the Finch Hatfield in red micarta, but at $135 it was a solid NO. But a red single blade clip point just rings all the bells. Good morning from South Central,Kentucky George, Nice nife reviews.Thanks for sharing them. I only own 1 single blade folding knife, a Mercator Black Cat K55K knife. I keep it in my small game/travel kit. It's not that I don't like single blade folding knives, I just find multi-blade/multi-tool folders a lot more useful. I carried a "Scout" style pocket knife ( Blade, bottle opener/flathead screwdriver , Can opener, Awl) for most of my life, and never came across anything I couldn't cut with it when I need a knife, plus the extra tools came in really handy. These days I carry a Victorinox Swiss Tool X Plus Ratchet on my right hip (on the belt), and a Victorinox Huntsman pocket knife in my pocket that is attacked to a Victorinox chain on my belt, so I don't lose it. I find these two items very handy to have on your person, and I never leave home without them.
