You are right, nice lines! To me it resembles the Sodbuster style, with less belly on the blade. Have a nice day!

😂George don't worry about all editing, we are all humans, just be real as you are. I like drop points the most as well but for around the house and acreage I have made leather pouches that go inside the pocket and have a hook that loops over the pocket edges. This way I don't have to worry about a flipper coming ok in my pocket and I don't like all the weight sitting in the bottom of pocket. I don't like chips either. But we all can do as we like and enjoy what we do. Thanks for the review and enjoy our 60 degree weather coming. Rog/Iowa.

Drop shutty. I have two Sencuts, Honoris (wood handles) & Sachse (greem micarta). Both have 9cr18mov. Don't own a knife with 10cr, yet. Sencut, Civivi & We are same company. I really like Civivi too. Last one I bought has 14c28n steel. I really like that steel. Don't own a We knife & probably never will, out of my budget. I have seen people dye that handle material. Have a great day

Great video George. It's a linerlock. Framelocks have part of the scale move to lock it in place and your grip helps the lock. Sencut is the economy company of the sister companies Sencut, Civivi and We.

Sencut makes some great budget knives. Also a big fan of Petrified Fish, they have a couple of models under thirty. Best budget knife I've gotten recently was an Ontario Camp Plus, it was only fifteen bucks and it's a great folder with a classic lock back like a Buck 110. Super light and slicey and it feels good in the hand.

@@2ndchancegeorge I did too, sometime last year. I am guessing it is possibly pre-existing stock from before the closure? Not sure. But it's a great knife for under 20.

Hi. Recently subscribed. Sencut, Civivi, and WE Knives are all the same company. I don't own any, but would like to. Import fees here (Canada) and shipping is through the roof though. Any self importing is hit and miss. Enjoy your new knife.

@2ndchancegeorge hi. Yes George, it is quite frustrating. And most of out customs and duty folks as well ss police misinterpret the laws. Automatic knives are strictly forbidden. Knives that are assisted are not (like many Kershaws). Manually activated flippers seem to be open to whoever's interpretation on the spot. When carrying a pocket knife here and asked "are you carrying any weapons?" I respond "No, but I have a knife" some question me. And to me a knife is a tool, not a weapon. Some of laws here are very restrictive. Know the difference between a weapon and a tool? Intent. Take care, thanks for responding.

Sencut knives are usually American Indian names for towns and rivers in Texas. Their Waxahachie fixed blade is pretty sweet and the Natural Jade is just at your budget. The knives are well-made and popular. A frame lock is a bit different from a liner lock which is what you have. A cutout on the frame will push the liner and as a lefty, it is not one of my favorite locks.

That steel they use is probably equivalent to something like a 440 C. Not an exact match but close
