As an artist/punkrocker and AB fan, this is amazing!! Thank you sm for uploading these episodes. As many of us, Tony helped me throghout my darkest days as a teen battling chronic depression. Watching his passion for food and the places he visitted, gave me reasons to live and to dream that someday I could do that too. Rest in Power 💗

After almost accidentally watching all episodes of Parts Unknown, I have become one of those people who write 'Tony, I miss you, you'll be remembered'. It's 2023, and I miss him. I don't know of any of us would have been able to help, probably no, but let's just be kind.

Perfect, from beginning to end. The editing and music are worthy partners to the portrayal of the LES of the 70s and now. Also, the episode which, perhaps, best represents our dear Anthony. RIP.

Giving Anthony Bourdain a boiled egg is art, people.

it was planned that they'd go out to eat somewhere, but sadly Tony had terrible fear of going outside, he said he felt agoraphobic, so the man had to improvise and boiled some eggs, that's all he had. and this was the last episode that ever aired, so that was the humble last meal of his tv history.

It's sad watching a bunch of old burnouts ramble about their youth. Tony could have interviewed at least one young person still active in the local music scene, but he chose all middle aged and elderly druggies. Inexcusable.

Cut the man a pass. Last ever episode and he probably filtered the guest list according to the same pre-mortem feelings that soon drove him to suicide.
