I’m constantly amazed at the beauty of God’s handiwork, even though this world is a far cry from the impeccable beauty when it was new. It really makes me wonder at the care He put into all of creation. And so glad to be able to see what I can of it.

I've been especially looking forward to this one. You did not disappoint. You should use some of your quotes from this video on your shirts. "Never forget to look back, sometimes the best views are just behind you." "Sometimes you just gotta stop and admire the scenery." Anyway, thanks for all you do! I can't wait to cross Glacier National Park off of my bucket list.

I was in Glacier Natl Park in March 1991 and most of the roads were closed. I am grateful for the opportunity to see what I had missed. Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia Natl Parks are parks I wish to visit during better seasons. I am close to many National Parks being in Kentucky now, but I miss those I have not been able to enjoy. Hawaii Volcanos National Park is another park I would love to revisit. I am not Subscribed to your channel. See you in the future. And Thanks so Much.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane, in 2002 my wife and I did a bicycle tour that started in Calgary and crossed Going To The Sun Road. We camped in Waterton lakes on the Canadian side and rode from east to west. It was by far the best vacation we have ever taken. I think we are going to make a return trip in 2022 but this time we will drive the road instead of riding our bicycles.

Beautiful video job!!! Gorgeous! I'm definitely going to Glacier Park on my next trip. The only negative was the music. I wish people would realize that when the viewer is "taking in the scenery," they just want to absorb the beauty and not be distracted by incessant music. But it sure was a fantastic job of capturing the beauty of this park!

I went to Glacier (and Teton and Yellowstone) in July this year. It was the most beautiful, most amazing trip! When we first got to Glacier we drove up to Logan’s Pass. Our first hike was to be Hidden Lake trail, but I blew my knee out going up those steep steps covered in ice and snow, so I had to hobble back to the car. All I wanted to do there is see a mountain goat but I didn’t get far enough, but you showed me the rest of the trail AND some mountain goats! Thank you! You also showed me other places I missed as well such as St. Mary and Virginia Falls Trail and I thank you for that! So much was closed due to the pandemic so I hope to make the trip again someday. Have you ever been to Banff? That is the next amazing place on my list.

OMG Robert, this was an amazing trip. As you said, the views are striking, especially around lake McDonald. I was so nervous for you as you were driving back, it seemed the road was so small. I can’t believe some of the roads didn’t have a center line which makes it more difficult to drive. It really scares me that you are recording while you drive. Thank you for sharing this video... I really was hoping you would have another video to share before the year ended. I’m sure I watched this one twice... the views and waterfalls are amazing🤗👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Thank you for the trip down memory lane! My hubby and I were there just two weeks before you in early/mid August this year. We hiked the Highline Trail to Granite Park Chalet and back to Logan Pass (15.6 miles roundtrip), as well as the Three Falls Hike (as you did in the video). We would highly recommend staying by RV at West Glacier RV Park - nice landing spot at the end of a long day of hiking and traveling the Going to the Sun Road. Can't wait to head back when the East side is open!

Hi Robert --- I also enjoy your videos. I feel like I'm there with you without the long drive. Last November, I drove from Seattle to Wernersville, Pennsylvania in six days, but I was in a loud 10-foot box van, but ... I also got to sleep in a hotel every night. I get to see the US vicariously through you without the pain of driving. I also like driving at night like you, but driving is not the exciting part. It's getting there and exploring. I wish you many safe miles of travel and many more great adventures.

I was looking forward to this video. I took this trip in 1998 and the West Glacier entrance looks pretty much the same now as it did back then. I also visited Helena before I made my way to Glacier. We took different routes there-I came into Helena the way you left Helena lol! I went north on I-15 to Shelby and then headed west on US 2 into the park. US 2 goes through the park but you don't have to pay anything on this route. This route is very interesting as it parallels the BNSF (former GN) mainline so it is great if you are a train nut such as I am. You can see the East Glacier Lodge which is a magnificent National Park hotel and then you also will pass the Izaak Walton Inn which is an old Great Northern Railway hotel. When I left Glacier I drove the Going to the Sun Road on the return voyage home. Once you drive that road you will never forget it. I forgot how spectacular the scenery is along there. I had to pull out the pictures I took from that trip. I crossed the border back into Alberta and hit the Crownest Hwy for the return voyage back to Vancouver, BC. If you ever get the chance you need to drive this road by all means do. This is an epic drive and you are never far from the mountains. Highly, highly recommended. Can't wait to see the next leg of your trip. Happy holidays and stay safe!

I love your highlight introduction and your finale retracing your steps with soft music coming down the drive. Great video! Glad your were able to make it to GNP! I think the waterfall that you can view from Sun Point is Florence Falls, its about a 5 mile hike from Jackson Glacier Overlook parking lot, on the Gunsight Pass trail --if you wanna see Moose, you'll definitely see them on that hike, in the meadow just before before Gunsight Lake. Hope that you can comeback again to see Two Medicine and Many Glaicer. Looking forward to more of your adventures!

Glacier is my absolute favorite National Park with Yosemite running a close second. We arrived on the eastern side of the park on June 25, and the GTSRoad was still not open due to snow cover. We stayed at Rising Sun near St Mary’s Lake and visited the lodge and area around Many Glacier. I had routed a second way to get to the west side to continue to the Flathead Valley and on to Missoula, but before we left, we decided to drive up the GTSRoad as far as we could. At the roadblock, the ranger told us the road was opening in 30 minutes, so we waited, and then drove the entire road to West Glacier on opening day. It was spectacular! We finished with a picnic at Lake McDonald. I am longing to go back for a longer visit!
