Robert, you should carry a long umbrella and use it as a walking stick, it can protect you from the sun, protect you from rain, and it acts as a barrier between you and a snake strike. If you find a umbrella with a hollow shaft that holds water, that much better.

Hello Traveling Robert😊😊🎸🎸🎵🎵, I knew you could hike to the top of the mountain. Well done! The hike and surrounding scenery was SPECTACULAR! Ajo definitely seems like a place to revisit. Tuscon looks like a great next stop, and there is also a National Park there: Suguaro National Park! I can't wait to see what's next in Tuscon. Oh, and by the way...i will be in Florida very soon maybe we cross paths who knows. This was a great video Robert👍👍👍👍👍👍👍!

We love Organ Pipe. Luckily we visited during the last government shutdown a few years ago. The campground was opened for use, but there were no services available.. The campground was pretty much empty and we had the place to ourselves. It was lovely.

Ah, back to the Sonoran Desert with some new music as well...very nice! Great views from the Bull Pasture trail! You definitely have to watch out for those chollas--I've seen people who made the BIG mistake of letting their dogs out in areas with jumping cactus...with disastrous results. Love that early morning telephoto shot of the fog in the distance! Why, Arizona--years ago the travel store there used to have a big fiberglass bull hollowed out with a kitchen inside where you could order hamburgers and the like. The owners closed it down--they said it got so hot inside no one wanted to work there. Until next time, happy trails!

When I was at Organ Pie Cactus National Monument, 5 years ago, I was 7 miles from the border, and like Traveling Robert stated, you get the Mexican service on your phone if you have AT&T (in this case, Telcel). I even took a screen shot and shared with my friends on Facebook. Another great video. Looking forward to some more hikes there, whenever I return.

Just watched part one. I guess that's a no on Victoria Mine Trail. Now you'll have to go back!
@sonnyblu62993 жыл бұрын
Oh Robert... I can't believe you went all the way to Bull Pasture rim without going to the top, to the edge! It drops straight down and the views are awesome. You were right there, but you turned around! ! It is anything but disappointing. :-( There is also a waterfall if you look across to the South East on other side of Bull Pasture... and behind you the full way is Mt. Ajo... I would also say that the best time to visit is in the Desert Spring, late May early June... if it rains the wildflowers are spectacular. There are also wild horses if you take the trails to the West of the campground... and an old mine and an oasis and the only Elephant tree in the US, I guess it is very, very old. There is so much more to see there...

My friend we are RV travelers but first we are a Semi Truck owners.. Please let people know that the rest areas and back areas of a truck-stop are designated for semi drivers because of the electronic logging device has this does not allow them to travel over certain hours so they have to be able to stop and rest somewhere the only place they're able to park our in these designated areas at rest areas that say trucks doesn't mean trucks like four wheel trucks it means semi trucks please emphasizes to your followers because as semi truck owners we appreciate to be able to get sleep so that we're still delivering your goods to you so that you have them have a blessed day and keep bringing the videos they're awesome

@luperamos73073 жыл бұрын
@14:40 you say you can even see the border wall. How does that work? It's basically a national park or a protected preserve. That wall will then inhibit species from moving around as well. I always thought they have to take that into consideration
