Thank you for taking time for yourself. I am now 74 years old and I am now learning to taking time for myself in a positive manner. I have been so self absorbing in a negative manner and learning to let go hasn't been easy. It is better but I am still struggling not to give up or fall back into my old way of life 👑👑👑

I'm so proud of you as a fellow resident. You and Fred have been an inspiration of mine for a couple of years now. I am still looking forward to meeting both of you when time permits. Two things you said resonate with me. Big time. The law of attraction. Some Black Americans in particular do NOT need to go to another land in terms of that alone. If you have a low vibrational spirit Africa won't fix that. It will likely magnify it. The second thing, Black diasporans are more interested in our journey when we are not TRYING to get them to be. They tend to make that mental, spiritual leap when I'm just explaining why this works for ME. You have always been good at that. Thank you for what you do. You are so amazing.

OK so kwanza let me say, I AM HAPPY TO SEE YOU ARE DOING GREAT AND LOOKING EVEN BETTER 😊. secondly, this video was a lot to unpack. Your 5 years have been productive to say the least. My time in Kenya and Tanzania made me feel like I haven't learned who I am yet. That journey showed me, even at 39, I still haven't found out where I want to be. You said a whole word when you said " nobody owes you anything" 💯. I feel like when I am holding to the "what I could have been doing but this person didn't help" that spoke to me. I have been harboring my past traumas for so long that moving forward has been impossible. When I see how you can "let go and let god" that's inspiring 🙌🏽. Keep doing you, the rest will follow.

Sis it’s so true! No one owes you anything and it’s up to you to make peace within. It’s a HARD lesson. I’m just now getting it at 35. It’s never too late. We all have past traumas that we need to work through so that we can show up for OURSELVES… before anyone, it needs to be us. And thank you so much for your kind words. I receive it! 🙌🏾 much peace and love to you 💕

FIVE YEARS!!!!! Traveling Sista, I thank you so so mucho for sharing your story all the way, your thoughts & feelings, your advices, your vitallity, I can understand you about needing selfcare/ Space, space you said, not 'selfcare' but I think you have shared & share authenticly, yes, spirituality.. finding One Self's Golden Dream... Oh... What a great family.. I can see your ups &downs..your honesty! I love you for that! I'm saving up like crazy ( you know I'm white.. I feel and think and KNOW that we're all ONE. If I let some stuff happen to you, then I actually let it happen to me!! So though I'm white skinned, we are all equally worth, ofcourse. And positivity, empathy, honesty, are these wonderful stuff we can grow, with..evaluate, with. So yes, GROWTH🙏💝🦁🥥🎶🎶🌿🍀♾️ IT'S LIFE 😍🌳💓💖 But I understand I shall have to start studying that SWAHILI-language! There's a guy, a youtuber, he walks through The African Kontinent right now. And from New York! But he also speaks swahili, plus other languages but swahili I feel is very important to learn before I come. Oh, that about whats coming into my Life, that's right! And yes, your Motherland! And elevate our energy is a fact, and in Nature, like where you are right there, the pureness of nature helps so much, to Connect and get vibration up higher & higher.. I know. I am the most important person in my LIFE 😍‼️ Yeah, to put the Oxigen masque on myself, in the airplane, BEFORE one starts to help the others, one has to put the Oxygen-mask on oneself, first of all! It's about filling up'the oil lamp', so one shines!! Thanks for speaking about exsactly This, Cath. I've become totally alone, after my mans leaving his body, the crazy 11/09-2020.. it's been hell! And suddenly, NOW, I'm finding Selfhelp- groups! And Reiki group! My friends from before, they've left! But maybe it's great!? Maybe I'm free? And maybe, as Mr. Alejandro Jodorowsky says; To become'A Whole Orange', one must do what one fears most, but what brings up one's passion, also, NOT ONLY THE FEAR!(Did you read Susan Jeffers' "Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway!'? It's an amazing, and an easy book to read). But this is more a theme to talk about, and not to write, in an answer to your beautiful Five Year Celebration in Tanzania- KZbin Video, maybe!?! 💓💖💓💖🦁🌾🏜️🌍🌙🪐✨⛰️🌳🦓🦓🐆🌾🍂🌵🍃🦒🦒🏃🏼‍♀️✨🌟✨Anyways; CONGRATULATIONS, TRAVELLING SISTA and a BIG HUG from the"Saving Sis" in Southern Spain ( I'm norwegian.) Now, A New Epoke in my Life is coming and it's up to Me..what I make out of this! (It's scary! And Also I feel PASSION, so this might be the right momento?) & I have alot of ideas, aswell, agriculture- based ideas..to clean up our mess in Natures' Own Way! Several ideas. And they're based upon teachings from the Agricultureschool where I studied, so it's not any 'fligh-high- nonsense', uncapable of being put out into practice. This became abit 'jumpy' written; Mr. Eckhart Tolle, mixed in to ecology, sorry, Travelling Sista, I got so inspired! You talk about so interesting stuff! 💖🌟🦁 We ALL have The Present Moment.

I’m definitely interested in your podcast, especially if it will include talks like this. The growth of others and them verbally sharing the lessons they’ve learned really give me a lot to think about and reflect upon, and in turn fosters my own growth. I’m one of the people who was inspired to try Tanzania (Dar es Salaam) due in part to your journey, but it was not for me at all; I have been in Mèxico for 1 year now, and I’m happy to have found a place that has been positive for me. I now realize that I had to first find out what wasn’t for me before I was able to recognize what was for me.

Congratulations on making 5 Years In Tanzania! Many people have LOTS to learn from your journey. It’s very generous of you, as always, to share your lessons with others. It is great that you started your list of lessons with that fundamental lesson that ‘kills’ many who choose to ignore it in Africa: PATIENCE is A Must. A variant of that lesson is: Slow down, you will last longer that way. Viewers should exercise PATIENCE and watch the entire video for the rest your VERY valuable lessons (I was tempted to summarize them, but NO, I won't :)). My very best wishes to you, Freddy and Zora through the year-end season, however you observe it, and the seasons and years beyond.

Wonderful! I love your channel. I paid 1-800-got junk to remove the stuff in my apartment, when I moved to a beautiful furnished apartment in safe clean and beautiful Queretaro, Mexico at 79. I always kept my clutter in Rubber Maid boxes covered in Mexican serapes. I never sell anything, and will give it away, orpay to have it removed. My Queretaro apartment is 100% furnished, includes all utilities and wifi, and maid service, with a king size bed, and a fantastic view of most of Queretaro. It is less expensive than the USA and safer. I thank GOD!

Ime getting ready to repatriate and one of the attractions is nature & the outdoors. At my mature age it’s about letting go of all that I don’t need. I understand that having several streams of income is important. I would love to set up or join a creative writing group among other things. Your on point with sea moss as a therapist I appreciate the benefits of sea moss. I look forward to formulating with the powder also. Congratulations on 5 years! Ghana enforced mandatory vaccines, because quite simply, it doesn't have the infrastructure to manage the high volumes of people travelling there during the pandemic/esp during December. I do wonder if they will change the rules now the festive season is over.
