Yo connor! That sause from sweden is really easy to make... Recipe: INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp. Butter 3 tbsp. All-purpose flour 2 c Chicken or beef broth (or 1 cups water and 1 tbsp Better than Bouillon) 2/3 c Heavy cream 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/8 tsp. Fresh ground black pepper INSTRUCTIONS Heat a medium sauce pan over medium and melt butter. Once butter is melted, add flour and stir/whisk vigorously to combine. Continue whisking until the roux has turned a golden brown (about 5 minutes). Slowly whisk in broth and reduce until thickened, 5-8 minutes. Whisk in cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Continue to stir until combined, smooth, and thickened (5-8 minutes). The sauce should coat the back of a spoon. If not serving immediately, be sure to cover or a skin will form.

As for the Currywurst: I have a lot of non German friends do the same mistake, but the best kinda currywurst you can get is from stands on the street. It is very much a street food and lots of restaurants try to make it fancy, but it just kinda loses its charm that way. Which the one you showed on the picture is def an example of that tbh. So if you ever wanna try out Currywurst again, best thing you can do is that if you're in Berlin, go to a place like Curry 36 and get it there. If you'd rather sit in a restaurant, imo the one at Frittenwerk is also pretty neat. If you want some other traditional food, idk much about Berlin in that regard, but in Frankfurt you go to the pub district and nearby there's a restaurant that has really good cider and a lot of other typical Frankfurt or Hessian foods. Generally, you'll always be best off getting the traditional foods from the specific regions, but it's very understandable that for a few days trip during a tour, you wouldn't usually consider that

as someone who works in an airport and was working during this chaos, i am sorry that it happened, it took us about 4 days to catch back up with flights and we're all still slightly traumatised by it, all the aircraft from my base was in other countries at the time and it was very eery having no aircraft in an airport

5:00 I had to do this at 1 am in Washington airport because they kept delaying my flight by one hour from 1 pm all the way to 1 am, only to then say "oops it's actually canceled". Stressed as fuck because the closest hotel was a 1 hour drive with no public transport and it was fully booked from all the people in front of me. We had a reinbursment for the hotels and the ubers, but good fking luck finding one at that point. Had to wait in anxiety in front of the airport because I didn't know if I'd have a place to sleep, food, or a flight/when I'd have a flight. I'm fairly stress resistant, but that shit had me on high alert. So I can only imagine how it must feel if you are on a deadline.

I think I would've just sat on the ground and cried with all of the shit you guys always go through with traveling, lol. It really highlights how savvy and wealthy you have to be to travel because an airline will fuck you over in a heartbeat and if you don't have the knowledge and money to pivot, you're just screwed and they feel it's not their problem. My heart goes out to the customer service workers, though. I do customer service just for my state's agencies and that's about all the responsibility I want, lol. Having to assist people from all over the world with language barriers and sensitive but outdated systems where if you so much as look at the computer wrong, it's going to crash...is a nightmare.

bruh airports are cursed, first time flying, got delayed 2 hours at Heathrow. second time flying got delayed 7 hours in Frankfurt and needed a new flight, third time flying went ok on the way in but was stuck in a 2 hour standing queue to leave the airport in Amsterdam since they had 3 people to check the passports of a silly amount of people.
