I totally can relate & feel your pain. I don't think I'll be travelling for a while!x

When I go on trips we always plan rest afternoons for a few hours and days with nothing to do not that we go often. I’m 26, I have 13 medical conditions including ME/CFS Chronic pain, sever asthma (need new lungs in next 5yrs) gastroparesis etc, I’m from Canada 🇨🇦 hi 👋

@@ElinorBrown I’ve actually scheduled mine into the day every day if I don’t sleep I at least lay down and watch a movie. If I don’t I struggle to handle my pain in the evening

One of my goals is to go on holiday. No idea how to as a solo traveller with cfs/me. Reliant on public transport. I'm always booking and cancelling, can't get up early enough for departures, can't stick to set meals, anxiety! Will it be a waste of money if I'm in bed all time.

Start with making sure your blood circulation is going. Then increase goals from there like going for a trip. It helps me when i am stuck in bed for days and weeks. Low to none carbs help with anxiety❤
