We also went to the Wynn Buffet on Sunday night within an hour of their advertised closing time, everything was fresh and hot and also a million times better tasting than the food we had the night before at the Bellagio. They also had more to offer, plenty of crab legs and desserts were much better for lower price than Bellagio. Just go to Wynn if you want to enjoy one of the best buffets in Las Vegas.

A $75 dinner buffet has to wow me with pretty much everything it's offering, especially now that decent buffets for $20-30 are a thing of the past. I recently heard quite a few people saying that the especially the buffet at Bellagio went downhill. Looks to me like they overstepped in trying to find out what guests are willing to tolerate and shell out after Covid. I hope this will be a general learning process within the Las Vegas industry that leads us to a healthy and happy middle.

Could you imagine paying $75 to sit in a cafeteria and the table next to yours has a camera set up with a non-stop commentary, describing what they are eating?

Good review! There is no way I would ever pay $75 for ANY buffet. I don't eat that much at one sitting. Also, I am very picky about the temp of my food and it looks like I would have been very disappointed

Then if you wouldn't go to a buffet, don't comment.

When I was in Vegas I had to choose one high end buffet. I chose the Wicked Spoon. Thank you Ruby, for making me feel good about my choice.

It was kind of hard to find what they were "famous" for. I guess they have quail? Everything else was the normal Buffet faire. Thanks for the review. I would think you could get a meal someplace in the area for $80.00 each

The best Sunday brunch buffet I have ever experienced was at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bangkok. Each of the hotel restaurants closes for the afternoon and has its own stand, and the variety is amazing - Chinese, Thai, Italian, French, Japanese, etc. You can sit outside in a wonderful atmosphere, amid carp ponds and vegetation and it is surprisingly cool even in the urban heat of Bangkok. Unlimited champagne, beer, Bloody Marys, you name it. About $USD 100 per head. 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hot food is on demand so it's not left sitting out while sashimi/sushi is prepared in front of you. Well worth it.

I don't like the Bellagio Buffet. It beats a peanut butter sandwich in your hotel room but many other Buffets are better and offer a more enjoyable experience. Bellagio Buffet is very expensive and so roaring LOUD!!!!!!!!!! Like a day at the science museum when there are 15 bus loads of children there screaming and talking. It is miserable. The food quality is great but there is more to the equation of an enjoyable meal. My all time favorite is Mandalay Bay. Both the food and ambiance are a pleasure. You feel like you are at a premium restaurant with carpet and room between tables instead of being like a food court at the mall. Bellagio should look at ways to make their buffet ambience better to absorb the noise. All that tile echoes and reverberates the noise.
