It looks so delicious with big octopus! The takoyaki I've had so far did not have such a good content! It's really fun to see Japanese craftsmen's cooking skills. It is also artistic to use a variety of vegetables to color the food. I really want to taste this in Japan!

Me encanta el Takoyaki, lo probé en comederos (más que restaurantes) japoneses de Rusia, en Moscú, en Vladivostok y en Jabárovsk. Es una bola de masa de harina con pulpo, algas, jengibre y no sé si alguna otra cosa más. Siempre me pareció que llevaban mucha masa y poco pulpo. ¡Deliciosas! En España se hacen las BOLAS DE PULPO A LA GALLEGA, en las que restos de pulpo rellenan una masa de puré de patatas, con leche y pimentón, que luego se fríe en aceite. Me encanta lo ruidoso del ambiente🙀

Irrashaimase (Gindaco desu) = Welcome (it's Gindaco / to Gindaco, the shop name) Konnichiwa Yakiagare desu = Hello, it's (freshly) baked/made Tako desu = It's octopus (Doumo) arigatou gozaimasu = Thank you very much Hai douzo = Here you go Ikaga deshouka = How about it / Would you like some? You also hear the guys say Otsukare/ Otsukaresama desu to each other, which is like good job on your shift, see you later. Their shift probably ended and they're saying farewell. Btw, I've been to a Gindaco in Tokyo, I forget which branch I went to, but to me takoyaki is takoyaki lol. I've also had takoyaki at the 626 night market in LA by those travelling takoyaki guys. I've also had frozen takoyaki you can buy at the grocery stores like Mitsuwa. They're all pretty similar, flavor wise lol, of course the fresh ones have a different texture than the frozen ones.
