they have better food - less GMO, less factory farms, better feed, their eggs have higher protein content which causes the richer color. Eggs in the US used to be the same way but rarely are anymore unless you have your own small group of chickens. Factory farm eggs in the U.S. are always yellow yoked. Japan has healthy food nailed. Even their deep fried street food is healthier than most other nations. They tend to eat stuff fresher than we do with less preservatives on the whole.

That is a very red egg yolk. I wonder what that chicken was eating. Corn dogs have been a traditional street food at carnivals, fairs, and beaches in the U.S. for generations. They are also sold in the frozen food section of American supermarkets. The ones shown here look especially good however the pressed squid is not something most Americans would take to unless they've been to the orient. it would appear that Japanese street food is far more automated than most of the rest of the world. I wish I was there to eat some.
