Salaam brother. An excellent explanation and very useful too. One question I had was, but more related to the use of the total station, how do you apply this when you have only one known point???? Can it be done or do you need two known points??

+Hydroman 1 thanks for your appreciation Brother you Always need minimum two points to start your work one point is like you have nothing.

Coordinate is the final value of a traverse, then why you calculating backward? For a traverse we have to take distance and angle using both face of TS minimum 3 times due to face error and human error. If face 1 and face 2 angle sum is not coming 360 then error should be divided into both faces. For distance consider backsight and fore sight distance.
