Julian Garcia Honestly Rodeo>Astroworld and Astroworld>Rodeo both are amazing albums. For me some parts of Rodeo feel unnecessary like Piss on Your Grave and the length of 3500 (i do like those songs though) whilst Astroworld has some filler in the middle and it lacks a standout single (like Goosebumps/Antidote) but Butterfly Effect is an amazing song nevertheless. But both albums have insane features especially from The Weeknd who's voice i normally hate (too high pitched) and Drake who just sounds bored on a lot of his music. The production quality of both albums is insane and you can tell they took a lot of time to make and the fact that Travis is willing to put as much time and effort into his music as he wants is really promising and he has created two exceptional albums. I do think Astroworld was overhyped but that still doesn't mean it can't be a good album and up to the levels of Rodeo.
