Interesting take, I think Utopia had better production and had a more interesting storyline and structure while Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight felt more like a compilation of the songs that didnt make it to the final cut of Rodeo.

The song was made shortly after the beef ended with Kendrick Lamar, I believe the beef influenced that song
