Not gonna lie, this was where the heart and soul of EXU Calamity really came into sharp focus for me. Yeah, betrayer gods, end of the world, all great stuff, but a dad trying to take care of his kids in the midst of all the madness and doing it with such style, that's the good soul stuff that I play TTRPG's for.

It sure made the ending super emotional. Brennan encouraging the addition of kids really upped the level of how meaningful these characters were. Made the reality of the calamity very emotional and showed how tragic something like this would be. ❤
