I was a member of his fan club when I was younger. I think he's the most underrated music artist ever. He was gonna play here in South Alabama but it was cancelled. I was so disappointed. He's definitely in the top ten greatest country music stars .

It's amazing that he sings this song more faithful to the album and at a higher level of quality now than he did all through the 90s. I saw him 2 years ago and man oh man he hasn't lost a step. Whatever "it" is that superstars have, he's still got it.

I saw him sing this song in Johnson City, TN in 1991. He threw some quarters out into the audience. Someone threw one back and hit him in the forehead and cut him. He just kept on playing and singing. It was probably the best concert I've ever been to.

That's dedication. I probably would of gotten mad, walked out and canceled the rest of the show lol. Travis Tritt is a cool guy.

My generation had Garth, Alan, Travis…..Garth was the most beloved entertainer in music for over a decade, Alan could touch your soul, and Travis….sung from his heart in every song, and had by far the most versatile voice in country. My favorite part is he’s part rocker and he stays true to that

When I saw Travis it was at a small concert at Fresno State. He played for about an hour and a half. It was an acoustic concert. I set less 20 feet away. The concert was free. He wrote autographs for all that wanted them. It was one of the best concert I ever attended.

I remember when Travis Tritt was on radio and some country music fans were complaining that it was "too rock" and "too bluesy," and now his music is being held up as the epitome of "country." Guys, it's music. There are no hard walls segregating the genres. It all kind of bleeds and flows into each other making more music. Some of it sticks with the masses and some of it only finds niches. If it's not your thing, go find what is. but don't trash it.

I've said it a thousand times, TRAVIS could sing the phone book, I'd fall down ❣️ best Country Rocker ever hit the air waves! He has a bluesy sound, he reminds me of my all-time favorite southern soul rocker Gregg Allman, my lawd these men powerful singers that everyone can identify with their music! Travis is the ultimate Singers Singer! We have many greats, but when you can identify a artist by that first note played these men have arrived! Another artist that has a very standout voice is T. Graham Brown! Nashville didn't know what hit them when TRAVIS & "T" hit the music 🎶 scenes! I love all of these men, they are true Artists not just singer's! No one can sing Travis Tritt💥 btw I'm a woman & this is also a woman's ultimate break up song❣️

I just heard a cover of this song find Mitchell Tenpenny and Chris Young, and while it was good, it wasn't Travis Tritt. He just has a voice that you can't imitate. His voice is true and genuine. And yes I know covers are not trying to imitate, put Travis Tritt's music just needs to be sung by his iconic voice.

@kylechrestman69553 жыл бұрын
Travis doesn’t have that soul voice that Chris has….I would argue unless they are in a yelling match that Travis has a better voice. When it comes to belting lyrics at the top of your lungs, well. Chris has a way of making that sound amazing. But Travis has had that rocker in him since day one. Wish we would have known in his prime just how good he is. I listened to all his albums but didn’t have a way to view his live shows. Now that I’ve seen him live I guess I never realized just how amazing he was!!
