Georgia Boy, A mix of southern rock/country/blues. The boy use to go to the black churches growing up so he could learn to sing like that. Love that man.

Its actually bluea, rythm, country and poet all in one. 60-80s country has blues and told stories. Even some 50s country. Some of the greatest guitar players were country. Most od these guys were self taught. Amazing pickers. Great job nice viucr too. Re-record this in blues with some bb king playing blues.

I saw him in concert many years ago at the height of his career and was blown away at how awesome he can sing the blues. This clip didn't do him justice.

Travis Tritt is one of the greatest country singer-songwriters ever… plus the ole boy can really play a guitar! You are a big Chris Stapleton fan. Chris was the front-man for a Travis Tritt tribute band before leaving his Kentucky home for Nashville. Travis Tritt quote: “Chris Stapleton has always listed me as an influence and I’m very honored. I hear a lot of my soulful style in his music. I enjoy that very much!” Like Stapleton, you should opt for Tritt’s live performances whenever possible.

Travis was the blues rocker of the 90s, early 2000s. Was basically that generation's Chris Stapleton. Has a lot of great hits; even did a blues album, and did a crossover on CMT with Ray Charles that was exceptional if you can find the vids. Lots of great songs in a bluesy, southern rock country style.
