While I agree on MANY points you've mentioned and ofcourse gave this video a thumbs up, the questions you are asking the applicants are super subjective. Does the favorite person in history or the reason why they wanna work for you REALLY reflect if they are fit for the job. Empirical testing has shown that an objective and point based system for rating applicants combindes with asking them work related questions and tasks, has the best chance of hiring a good fir. According to google, previous work experience is also a BIG factor.

I have a friend who is interested in Freelancing and he wants to quit his job on the ship and stay home. He is really serious about finding work online. Has anyone successfully worked out a work arrangement such that the VA works more than the standard 40 hour week? I'm looking to find some who are willing to work 9-12 hour days, 6 days a week and be well rewarded financially. So this is more a question about culture and work ethic. Thoughts anyone? Travis Marziani , I agree, Dan absolutely great!! Lol...would you be able to find out from him if he knows anyone in his town who is as efficient as he is and looking for work? 😀. This would help me find out a few things right away.... 1) they have great internet speed where they live; 2) they would see how great you treat Dan, so they would likely be as hard working and dedicated as he is so they could possibly get the same treatment as he does. Seriously tho, this would be a help for me in this process. Also, your Day One Orientation sheets and others instruction manuals...would you mind sharing these please?🙂. I do not sell the same thing you do so obviously I would have to change the wording to suit my products, but this would help by giving an outline to follow.
