Yes, Webber was being harsh this episode, but the pressure of the hospital's reputation is on the line and it is becoming apparent to him that the hospital's rep has suffered some from the shenanigans that Meredith and her group have gotten up to by dragging their personal lives into their workplace, and Derek was in the wrong for not even considering anyone else's medical opinions when it came to helping that patient gain feeling in his legs again.

Agreed, the hospital becomes so much better once Richard starts focusing on improving it again. He got complacent, but he's a great leader

Richard is the cause of that with his double standards of who get punished and who doesn't. Who the rules apply to.and who they don't apply too. Then when they are ranked number 13 that is when he wants to lash out.

Lies Bailey is NOT NOR EVER a HYPOCRITE especially if you are referring to Meredith insurance fraud . This is 2 totally MAJOR different things 1. Bailey change the time of the surgery so the patient insurance would pay. 2. Meredith however put HER daughters name on insurance papers for a WHOLE OTHER HUMAN BEING THAT IS NOT HER CHILD. See the difference.

As for MY reasons why I think she can be a hypocrite at times it's MY reasons and it's not only based off the things you said but again I don't want to spoil anything and I would suggest u not to do the same and we all can have a difference in opinions on what we think of fictional characters

Let me tell you i was happy with that icicle on cristina, Mer has been there for her but she always dismiss her, I always say I don't want a friend like Yang. Izzie a whinny baby as always.

I get you, but honestly I'm the opposite. A friend like Yang doesn't have to have her exact personality. Cristina is loyal, reliable and supportive of Meredith. They understand the darkest parts of eachother and haven't left eachother's side since the day they met. She's her person and she plays the role very well. Cristina reminds me of my bestfriend

@@rayanog naah have never seen the the loyalty in Yang except during the adaption episode only the rest is like competing and when she was on Mer side it was only benefiting her.
