I've had mine almost 2yrs now, not many upgrades at all, 2s is fun, 3s it's a freaking animal. I still have the stock wheels and tires it came with, every time I take it out I beat the snot out of it, I haven't broke anything yet, well a servo because of a rock got caught. I'm confident enough to say mine has exceeded 60mph on 3s of course

@@mattalfi8295 Depends on the brand and style mostly, I run a lipo 20c 11.1 3s 4000mah Venom, it actually has wiggle room. The Traxxas lipo 25c 7.4v 2-cell (2s) 7600mah that I usually run fits perfectly and weighs significantly more than the Venom, best bet would be to browse Amazon for the correct dimensions, hope this helps you!

Thanks for watching man!!! Also appreciate the sub. As far as speed. You can get this thing pretty fast. I still have not used the optional 35 pinion 55 tooth spur yet. If you get some GRP tires and a good 3s lipo. You'll be looking at over 65+.This thing is really fun as a drifter too.

You need just about a quarter mile to really let it flex . I have a rustler castle set up just about stock . 3s. It dos 64 half throttle.i bought it that way haven't changed nothing but plan to upgrade soon to intigy alluminum parts just to strengthen it up

Are you using stock gearing? I am using stock gearing on mine with a Sidewinder 3 4600kv and on 2s I'm getting 29mph and 3s 41mph. Could probably get a tiny more on 3s but my tires lose traction on my street.

I've switched my bandit time and time again and now im on 6100kv hobbywing system and on 2s reaction 5000 i can crack solid 50mph in a short distance 3s well!!! i don't know i have 3s traxxas 4000 and after 80mph shit gets lil hazy lmao but ive seen this chassis hit a solid 150 with the set up and gearing but at the same time you need upgrading reinforce a lot of things due to the speed that plastic won't hold up after 70 miles an hour if you want to crank over a hundred with it you can upgrade to all RPM plastic and it'll hold over a hundred mile an hour I recommend a 31 pinion with the 76 spur

It's been a few days, where are the tire recommendations guys! Foams, GTRs? What to order? Also what about offset of the wheels? The GT has 195mm front and 200mm rear track width, mostly because of the wheel offset. So for a 200mm body you will need a high offset wheel (I think).

Close. I live in Phoenix area. This is more a drifter car. Super fun to use. For speed runs I would go with a 6s slash set up.

The brushed 4tec does 30mph on 2s and your only doing 33mph on 2s Smh.3s is only option Imo Fuck it !!!!!! Just gotta pull trigger all the way back and see what it got.

xD. What a ripoff. This combo costs around 300 bucks on an Online shop I like using. That is roughly the same price as a lrp motor + ESC combo. I have the x22 motor + flow x ESC. Trust me my 1/10th scale car can easily exceed 120 kph in RACE conditions on 2s. I am so glad I didn't buy Traxxas. ;D
