Traxxas Bandit 2wd XL-5 brushed Buggy on 2s lipo

The Traxxas Bandit 2wd brushed 1/10 buggy running on 2s lipo. We're running the rock'n roll version.
This thing can take a beating. very tough. pretty fast for a brushed vehicle. Did some speedruns, donuts, jumps, bashing and crashes of course. enjoy!
We have been driving rc cars for over 10 years now - mainly for fun - bashing ;) - but we're also racing these little cars on and offroad - in and outdoor.

It would be cool if Traxxas made different color wheels for the Bandit, Rustler, Slash and Stamped. Chrome is cool but it chips too easily. I'd like to have like white, gray, black and possibly other colors to.

@@FastRCNet Yeah, I'd much rather have colored plastic instead of chrome plated plastic. Chrome looks terrible after it gets chipped.

Great bandit vid, been thinking about getting one. A guy can't wait forever for Traxxas to make a 4x4 buggy. Is that one upgraded at all?

thanks! it's stock - out of the box 😬 my opinion: if you have already a bunch of rc cars why not getting a bandit. but if it's your first i would go with the rustler or the stampede. or maybe the rustler 4x4. the bandit is fun but is very limited due to it's small wheels.

@@FastRCNet It's not that limited lol. I've taken my Bandit places that my Rustler has gone. Both Dont really get stuck.

Fast RC yes the bandit is limited but if you get the bigger wheels on it it is more effect in grass area plus it can get higher air time on ramps oh and better wheelies

French Fries if your running bigger tires it’s going to put a lot more stress on the gears and overheat the electronics

I run short course badlands on mine and it runs good with them on. Only it cost 80$ for a set of 4 proline badlands

yes. but you need to check if it fits in the battery box of the car. (specs on traxxas home page)
