Traxxas needs a race oriented line of cars. They used to be into racing, and you got the best of both worlds.

I followed your forum on the platinum and I have used it to help set up my truck. I know most people with a 4x4 slash would love to see a video showing yours and maybe a race video with it. Thanks for what you do.

Danny McCarthy thanks for following and glad the tips have helped you out. Unfortunately I sold the Slash 4x4 so no videos on that. ☹️

Late too the party; I like your presentation style so have been checking out some older vids to see what I can learn as a newbie to the surface world (had a Tamiya Grasshopper in the late '80s; WLToys 144001 is in the mail, and ARRMA Typhon is on the wish list). So basically what we have here is "my grandfather's axe": The handle's been replaced three times, and the head's been replaced twice, but it's still my grandfather's axe. Heh, heh. Nice work. Thanks for sharing.

That pretty sweet. I just got the Extreme Racing carbon chassis, gonna start the swap over real soon, track opens for practice Friday. Was gonna get Proline shocks, might go with the TLR shocks now 🤔

Very late to the party but great videos. I am upgrading a slash just for fun and definitely inspired by this video. Mine is more budget oriented tho

I noticed the front shock tower has its mounting points further out than the stock tower, does this negatively impact the handling?

Just a good race tip for the slash if you look on my channel I do racing in Australia but the pro-line lcg performance chassis actually performs a lot better against the TLR 3.0 sct and the team associated b5m it may be abit more money but it’s worth it and is all weighed out

@rcfan10136 жыл бұрын
Isn't that almost like stock oil? Dosent it bottom out? Did you change he the pistons or anything? Just run the shocks all the way out?
