Traxxas Stampede 2wd XL-5 brushed - Monster Truck on 2s lipo

The Traxxas Stampede 2wd brushed 1/10 Monster Truck running on 2s lipo.
This thing can take a beating. very tough. pretty fast for a brushed vehicle. Did some speedruns, donuts, jumps, bashing and crashes of course. enjoy!
We have been driving rc cars for over 10 years now - mainly for fun - bashing ;) - but we're also racing these little cars on and offroad - in and outdoor.

I’ve been watching a lot of videos on the stampede 2wd recently… trying to figure out what breaks, and how often. I just got one on a trade and threw a brushless sensored 7t and a 120 amp Orion esc in it I can’t keep it on the ground. It came without electronics so I’m waiting on a steering servo to come in for in but before my old one went out I got it up to 43 MPH. I’m going to look into some stronger drive shafts as I’ve already had some problems out of the ones that are in it and I’m looking to upgrade to 4S (it’s 2s now)

Is their any problems in sand and loose dirt with the brushed motor and particles getting into it? Or is that usually not a problem when your going quicker?

Sweet video bro,what pinion gear did it originally come with? And were you running it in this video?

as far as i remember it was a 16 tooth pinion. the bike track is located in germany.

Damn I have a 2wd slash with a 2s lipo and it doesn't seem that fast. Ordered a 2wd stampede yesterday and after seeing this video I'm kind of excited for it to get here

Strange. Should be as fast. It's the stock titan motor. Maybe somethings wrong with the motor. Esc set to full speed? Esc calibrated?
