Great video and bash. if you can turn the tires in the air but not with resistance, it sounds like your servo might be going. i would check that.

Glad you liked it! It does have the metal gear 2085x and a metal servo horn but it’s possible that it could still be partially stripped out

Great spot! I live in Sount Texas and it's pretty flat around here 😅. What gearing are you running? I see you are using the stock tires, which are notorious for not being able to handle more than 20/50 gearing and the stock motor.

I actually just filmed a bunch of videos in Texas….it’s an Awesome state! I’m running the 1.5 mod Vitavon 20/35 gearing…you’re right, the stock tires don’t hold up lol…I’ve blown so many of them…but I continue to use them cause they are the best I’ve found for bashing…so it’s kind of a trade off

Nolan what shock oil do you think is best for stock xmaxx shocks? Stock 30w seems a bit thin for bashing? I get less chassis slap out of my e revo with 50w oil and the variable dampening in the stock shocks… maybe it needs slightly heavier springs and oil? 🤔

Hello I have a question I have a slash vxl and its front differential keeps stripping for no reason also what drive shafts would you recommend

@@Danny.trx4sprt your slipper might be too tight…I run MIP driveshafts on my Slash 4x4 now…I’ve run some hardened steel EBay ones in the past though

With the mod 1.5 gears do you move the weak point of the driveline to the diffs?

@@V8chump I haven’t had many issues personally…but I’m sure it probably transfers the shock to the transmission input gear (I’ve stripped a couple of those), the center diff or the front and rear diffs on hard impacts
