5.5 kg weight gain per year can happen with tea and coffee only if you don’t wiggle from your bed. People can gain weight even with healthy meal and snack in limited quantity if they don’t move around.

I agree with you. Tea with a little milk and very little sugar won't gain 5.5 kilos.

Very nicely said. I totally agree with everything you have said. Being a mom to a toddler its really essential to eat clean, maintain self discipline coz these are the habits that your child is observing and picking up. Would really be happy if you could do something on toddler snacks what could be given.

Strictly and completely avoid using and eating tomato and potato in your food. Avoid burger, pizza, noodles, fried rice, French fries, samosa, kachori, cold drinks(carbonated drinks)or any other fast food. Drink Sattu drink daily Drink beet and carrot juice daily if possible Drink chaach daily Take curd with meals Drink milk before going to sleep For snacking have peanuts, makhana or any dry fruits Avoid whole wheat rotis, use multigrain atta (not packaged add besan millet to atta) Use low GI rice variety (avoid basmati) Take 100g of paneer daily Take lemon tea instead of milk tea Remove sugar from your kitchen Avoid chicken/meat or eggscompletely Do this and see the difference in the first month. Within 6 months you will become the best version of yourself. Your concentration and mental health also increases You can thank me later.

Absolutely, Gayathri. Be portion conscious. I lost 17kg that way with walking and strength training. This was 9 years ago and I've maintained the weight. Also, I've started wearing jeans, trousers, shorts that are aren't stretchable at the waist. This alerts me to the smallest of weight gain.

No ,you can't eat poison and be like I ate whatever I wanted !, that's the lie we tell to yourself so that we can enjoy whatever we want ,the end goal of it all is to have a good life not just a long one ,especially if you plan on your life being a good one instead of bed ridden and lazy ,you need to make sure you do not eat sugar ,nor can you drink any alcohol, nor can you eat any sort of vegetable or any sorta seed oil ,even if you do use it make sure it's cold pressed (olive oil is not that great for cooking tbh), the chemicals from those processed foods are poison ,they really really are !, so make sure to cut almost every type of processed food all together Being slim or looking slim isn't the only point , you can lose weight by eating pizza everyday and some salad for the fiber but that doesn't mean it's good for you or your body ,you have to lose weight in a very efficient way which your body likes and let it take dopamine from natural sources instead of food

The truth is india is a poor country where majority people cannot afford quality foods. Most affordable foods are unhealthy and is making us sick. Even fruits are ripened using carbide, so you can imagine our state. Eat less and healthy and exercise. That's the only option.
