Ingredients (watch video for measurements)
Plain flour
baking soda
buttermilk (homemade substitute shared in video)
Egg
Mixed spice (you can use nutmeg or cinnamon)
Vanilla extract
Milk or water (optional)
Melted butter
Toppings of choice (fruits, chocolate, sprinkles, bacon, sausages etc)
