@ArkadiaTube
@ArkadiaTube Ай бұрын
@@robin9270 because the law would have granted the father 100% custody and given the mother supervised visits. There was a court order. She was forced to hand Corey over but they were trying all they could to get the judges and CPS to listen!! Corey's mother, Breanna Micciolo, repeatedly sought help from the authorities to protect her son from his father, Christopher Gregor. Despite multiple pleas and evidence of ongoing abuse, her emergency custody request was denied on April 1, 2021, just one day before Corey was tragically killed by his father. Judge Patrick Bradshaw from NJ AND the DCPP are responsible for failing to protect this child and forcing Breanna to submit her son to an evil man. You should all send letters and make calls to get Patrick Bradshaw investigated. To address concerns regarding Judge Patrick Bradshaw’s handling of Corey Micciolo’s case, you can file a complaint with the New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct (ACJC). This committee investigates allegations of judicial misconduct.

I cannot believe the judge gave this monster the minimum sentence. Christopher Gregor 1) murdered his son, 2) routinely abused him, 3) left him to die alone in the hospital after refusing him treatment and never called any of Corey's family so they could be with him, 4) tried to flee after Corey died, 5) NEVER ONCE TOOK RESPONSIBILITY. Even at the sentencing he lied and refused to admit his crimes. He also SA'd Corey's 16-year-old mother to conceive Corey. This man is a DANGER to society who is filled with rage and narcissism - a dangerous combo.

Over 100 times Doctors, teachers, friends, family and Corey’s mother reported the abuse, armed with photos, video, evidence, etc. But David Gregor is ex-state trouper / homeland security, Cris has a degree and played sports while mom is poor and had substance abuse issues. Most times the reports were investigated and judged by men or not at all. Gregor family were fully aware of Chris’s penchant for cruelty but must have felt that poverty is worse than pain.

@@amuseherEveryone is capable of murder, and the best example is self-defense. The sentence should align with the trial's purpose, which is to punish a killer, not to make hypothetical assumptions. @@jeanettea12345 The 25-year sentence is reduced by the 2.4 years already served and the 3.75 years, which represent 15% of the 25-year sentence (85% for parole). It’s sad that Chris’s parents still don’t understand that they hold responsibility it this case too. They had to have seen Chris being to rough with Cory. Yet the only thing they are worried about it how they were made to “look” to everyone else. It’s sickening.

Yes, no one knows what this child went through. The mother is not innocent. She chose drugs getting high, rather than cleaning up her act immediately because of her son. I know addiction, my family has lived it, but there is no excuse, no excuse for putting drugs before your child. The grandmother was more emotional than his mother. All is not angel wings with her.

To the grandfather, Chris's dad: It really doesn't matter how well you and your wife treated Corey or how well he was doing in school after you met him. Your pathetic psycho son abused him, tormented him, beat him and ultimately killed his 6 year old son. Those facts are not in dispute. Your positive effect or influence on Corey is not related to time your son should be sentenced. How did your son turn into the monster he is? Have you asked yourself that question?

 because the law would have granted the father 100% custody and given the mother supervised visits.

Didn’t the start of Corey having to be in his fathers life because Brianna applied for resources, which prompted the state to go after birth father for child support? If I’m correct in stating this, I sure hope there are changes made in the system to not force a child to be a part of a parents life because of this… Why the F did they make him visit his dad with all that bruising and what Corey was saying? Why not cut off visitation until investigation is complete to protect kiddos? I don’t f”n understand not erring on side of utmost caution. I’m sure they must have reported these things that Corey was telling his G Ma. How helpless to know he was being hurt and they HAD to abide by court law!? Why wouldn’t safety override? How utterly disgusting that these poor people had to endure not protecting him over a piece of paper. Sickens me.
